The hotel is situated in the central location to the beach from whichever bunglow u are putting up at. The staff in general is welcoming and polite.

Great-sized and nice looking rooms with a balcony and Netflix, etc. Good service, particularly good and excellent position in a nice quiet area. Besides, easy to get to Lamai Night Plaza.

Nice restaurant, outstanding food, people working here are exceptionally nice! The rooms are good-sized and cheap for reasonable prices with aircon and ni e balcony plus hot shower. The location is particularly good, within easy walking distance of Grandfather's Grandmother's Rocks.

Staff were very polite, and facilities were modern here. The room was beautiful and cool; the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with clean and well-equipped rooms. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the main center of Lamai. The staff treated us very well, recognizing us from a previous visit and trusting us to pay at the end of our stay.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety.

We had a great stay at a hotel with a beautiful pool view and balcony. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi. The location was also convenient, with a short walk to the Lamai night market and the beach. The breakfast options were delicious, and we enjoyed the option of choosing between American and Thai cuisine. it was a great hotel with everything we needed nearby.

Located at the quieter end of the street, Samui Seabreeze Place is in a perfect location for families with kids. The hotel is close to Lamai nightlife walking street road where you can find various dining options like Subway, McDonald's, and seafood restaurants. The bungalows are comfortable and clean, providing a cozy room for a pleasant stay. the staff, especially the legendary Mr Piya, go above and beyond to make guests feel at home.

The staff at times seemed indifferent and unresponsive to certain requests, which could be improved for a more satisfying experience.
